Designed to extend the main restaurant's immersive culinary journey into a holistic, high-end guest experience, the adjoining hotel building comprises nine luxury en-suite bedrooms and three larger luxury suites. The design pairs high-spec automation and seamless service with a "home-from-home" warmth, offering an elite hotel experience that remains deeply relaxed and true to the brand's salt-of-the-earth ethos.

The interiors deliver a pared-back Scandinavian luxury vibe that feels minimal yet earthy and warm. The rooms focus heavily on material honesty, with every tactile touchpoint being quietly understated yet elevated. The delicate balance of hard and soft materials found in the main restaurant is echoed throughout the hotel, where raw, organic textiles like linen and cotton are paired with solid wood, natural stone, and elegant touches of unlacquered bronze and antiqued brass detailing.
